Slope house
A small coastal getaway in Wye River on a 38º slope. Due to the tricky nature of the site a modular-style design was employed which can be fitted-out offsite, transported to Wye River and installed on site.
The design of the house aims to make the building invisible by wrapping the northern elevation in cables which connect to the ground cover to encourage greenery to grow over the external skin, making it appear part of the landscape when viewed from the Road.
